How's the job situation? Been reading aboout a lot of Yankee transplants moving to NC without jobs but never read any follow-ups whether it worked out or not.
Also noticed that the homes are absent basements. Never had one or cared when I lived in the south but have grown to really like them now that I live up north. Most of the houses I've seen have crawl space "foundations" so is there an issue with the soil in NC?
