Any tips for spider bites and keeping them away? Mosquitoes too.

Kansas City area for who knows how long....
bats and dragonflies eat gobs of mosquitoes. I put in a bat house at my place in Kansas, but the bats haven't taken up residence yet...

That place of mine in Kansas is infested with brown recluse spiders. Which is a pretty common story there. Here is a pic of one of several I caught:

turns out you can't spray for these fuckers. They don't clean themselves and therefore ingest no poison they pick up. You have to either hit them direct with a contact poison, or use sticky traps.

Those things scare the hell out of me.

This stuff is supposed to kill them.

I wouldn`t have believed it if I hadn`t tried it myself...we always had an issue in the summer(particularly after a good rain) with ants in the kitchen......

I bought these on a whim...and I haven`t had a problem since...I`m shocked that they work....matter of fact,i can`t remember seeing 1 bug of any kind in our kitchen since I plugged these mofos in....the season before we got these,we had some stink bugs sneak in......nothing since...I`m not exaggerating....

I'm in and will let you know. This is the worst year ever. I can't even take it anymore. I have stuff to spray the yard, stuff to spray the air, stuff to spray me, stuff to stop the itching.

I'm going crazy!

20 lousy bucks for four...I bought a second set after seeing how well it worked..........this is how I set it up...we have a small cart holding a convection oven by the back entrance...I tacked a small power strip to the back of the cart and put two there.....theres also a window along that wall with an outlet right there (running left to right as you`re facing that wall)..put one there...that wall runs into the dining room (with a built in counter separating the two rooms)...didn`t need anything in the dining room....

to the left of the entrance I put one in the outlet over the counter on that wall.....everything else is well inside the house....but I liked them so much,i bought a set and put one in an outlet on the interior kitchen wall(because we have pantries and food there)....

these things have been going strong for several years...just plug em in(no batteries to buy...they use next to no power)....mine make no noise...just a little red blinking light that I never even notice....

it`s ridiculous..they never seemed to bother the cat.....honestly can`t believe they work...

buy one set and give it a whirl....

A buddy of mine owns the local franchise for Mosquito Authority and a few of my friends have tried and swear they are great. He usually offers the first time free and you may try that to see if it works.

Dude, mosquito authority!

They are about an hour from here but I'll give them a call Monday. It's no more expensive than all this other crap I'm trying and they do all the work.
