nfl is amazing

nfl is amazing

how the hell the pats won the superbowl with that "d" is amazing..brady looks like a scared rookie.....once you take away the slants and short stuff, game over..it`s a crap shoot every week...that`s why we love it...in all honesty, though, this was the perfect sucker game...pats coming off big win last week against defenseless bills....bears off 5 straight losses...we should all be ashamed for getting suckered..

I said ealier that they won the bid on Ebay for Chicago's offense playbook. Chicago asked for it back and N.E. said "no". So Chicago's kicking their ass b/c of it. And plus it's their plays, they should know how to stop it. And you're right, if you stop the dump off passes, you stop their offense. "Hint, Hint!" Are you listening Oakland?:thefinger :moon: :thefinger

Call me Mr. Lucky...I guess

Call me Mr. Lucky...I guess

I had the Saints (2 TDs in the last 38 seconds? whew!) and the Falcons...but I also had Philly (McNabb looked like he never saw a football before) and the Rams. I also had Houston (pk) in the NCAA's that were up over two TD's in the second half and lost in O.T. ...costing me an 8 team parlay.
My lock of the day was a prop bet on Plaxico Burress to catch OVER 4.5 receptions. I don't know if he had this beat at the end of regulation, but 5 quarters of football sewed this one up.
Parity has made it next to impossible to handicap these games.
I might just start focusing on props and Nolan's 2nd halfs. :D
Better luck next week.

I guess this was payback for Kansas City in Week 1. Now if you had Cleveland in Week 1 and the Panthers yesterday, you definitely are owed a break.

Yes, I too had the Panthers +. Luckily, I got a push on another similar game, with the Patriots, that I had already put down as a loss. I wonder if someone from the NFL will investigate point shaving in this Saint/Panther game??

Keep it Positive, Topdog
