anybody getting a rd by rd on kras/thompson?

Watched most of the fight on streamtvnow, Krasniqi had a few good moments but other than that it was all Thompson

was he setting down on his shots?...was it an accumulation of shots,or a sudden stoppage?....

i`m guessing based on your post,it was an accumulation...

thompson`s gonna have to be reckoned with...at 35,it`s time to get that big money.....

Its all over. Thompson via total domination. ref had enough in round 5.

That was a really big one for me and alot of people i respect and who know more than me about boxing picked Krasniqi. strange but

Thompson landed some big shots throughout the fight, but it wasn't one big shot that ended the fight. I missed the first round, but in the 2nd rd Kras appeared to be hurt by a couple straight left hands while Thopson had him trapped in the corner. I don't speak German so I'm not sure what they were saying, but it looked like they were messing with Kras' right eye after that round, may have gotten thumbed with one of those straight lefts or its possible the punches did the damage. After that Thompson pretty much took control of the fight, with a few offensive spurts by Kras in between.

Perhaps Tony could give you a better rundown, I was multi-tasking as I watched the fight

The county fair curling matches should be over when the fights start so I'll be hittin' the brews and watchin' all these intriguing match-ups. In-fight thread for the action anyone? I know Spongy's got nothin' better to do, where's he been all day anyway?

i`ve been at it all day...i cleared my itinerary(clears throat)to be on this board today.....

we don`t get many saturdays like this one....thankfully,it paid off....thanks in no small part to you and tony...

spongy said he might not be around today... something about waiting for his free set of ginsu knives to arrive....

go figure....that`s spongy....as a kid,he once brought a "sock" to show and tell....

this simply a horrible performance by krasniqi.
the first round was okay thompson more shots but krasniqi landing some right hands on his one.
thompson is hitable with a good fast straight right but was at no point wobbled or hurt.
in germany that was krasniqi round also he was outlanded 2 to 1 but he had the harder shots.

2 round

thompson taking control snapping krasniqis head back with jabs.
Krasniqi starts to fight on the ropes. holding his double defence up he stays there and thompson is doing great work here. Body shots ,straight lefts right through Krasniqis hands, right uppercuts and hooks to the head. When Krasniqi was on the ropes Thompson had a connection rate of 80 % or higher and that were power shots.
Thompson is no Klitschko but he sure is no winky neither.
i had hoped for this scenario Krasniqi on the ropes doing nothing. He did this against Minto half the fight. But i thought he starts doing it around round 8 or 9 when he runs out of gas.
Thompson broke Krasniqis rib in round 2 (Krasniqi interview)
Round 3 and 4 the same like round 2. Krasniqi retreats to the ropes and gets hammered.
After round 4 ref comes to corner of Kras and advises him to started defending himself. Good advice.
He asks Kras if he wants to continue. Kras says yes but he didnt mean it.

Round five
Same old story Krasniqi on the ropes Thompson firing away. ref steps in stops the fight.
If Krasniqi sticks and moves he should make this fight interesting in the first half of the fight.

Glad I could help

Its been a great year, maybe time to put a little away and scale back the wagers a little. You can almost feel a hit coming, like you can almost feel a post from Spongy on the way.
