I have high bp, I take a beta blocker and htcz , have been for 8 years, my bp each year is 125/80 when I go to the doc. each time they tell me to lose weight

surprised they automatically put you on med's.
I would try diet and exercise and I bet you will like the results.
a few times I tested high and got more serious about taking care of myself and got great results.
I know med's are important in some cases, but if you can correct some issues on your own, why not ?
I have a buddy who was overweight and borderline diabetic. He got serious about his health and doesn't need med's.

one reason i bought the La Croix water...

go to health food store get supplement l-arginine and l-citrulline take 500mgs in morning and 500 mgs in afternoon. You will be amazed by results. These are amino acids bottle will be combined with them. Studies have been done especially with people on blood pressure meds have been able to reduce or completely eliminate their medication. Ask your doctor about it and monitor your blood pressure.
