I worked on the railroad with a guy who went to Las Vegas on his honeymoon. Wife was excited, but Albert couldn't perform. Dejected, he left the hotel and wandered the strip. Saw a neon lit sign advertising "The Cure For Every Known Malady Except Death". Albert gave it a shot. Chinese doc had him stuck like a pin cushion. Said he got off the operating table and walked back to the hotel room with a "telephone pole in my trousers."
When they returned to Pennsylvania, Alberts wife sent the Chinese doc two dozen home made chocolate chip cookies.
