One of my absolute favorite things to eat is fresh tomato slices, some mozzarella cheese, and fresh basil with a little olive oil and balsamic on top sprinkled with salt and pepper.

No bread for me.

My CTO's wife is actively working 76 tomato plants right now!!! THE BOMB!!

i never understood how anyone could not like a nice ripe garden tomato. I stick to the cherry or grape tomato's in the winter. Late nite snack. Get any kind of cracker and put a bunch in a plate. Take a couple pieces of american cheese and cut them in quarters. Lay a piece on each cracker until u have covered every cracker. Cut a nice ripe big fat slice of tomato in a quarter also. Do the same thing. Now sprinkle on some pepper and some garlic powder. Heat in the microwave for about 30 sec to a minute. umm hummm. U can use any cheese. American seems the easiest to work with.
