Betting against the raiders is so fun. But you have to temper it with a bet with them every once in a while too. They are my favorite team. I'll bet against them 4 or 5 times per every time I bet with them. And that inevitably yields a profit.
agreed, sadly i would have bet this sob even bigger if they were on the road.....

I'm on the Raiders today. Oops. I may have to stop betting them for a while. Very inconsistent team. Some weeks they look horrible, other weeks they look like worldbeaters. Jekyl and Hyde for sure.
glen, no disrespect here, but i should be consulted b4 any raider bets in the future. seriously, have a pretty good handle on just how bad they are.
:mj07: None taken at all Elvis. I didn't mean to give the wrong impression, it's not like I bet them every week or anything. I think I've been lucky, the times I've taken them they've played pretty well (Chiefs, Bills, Jets). I did have them when they played the Saints though, and obviously today as well. So after today I'll be 3-2 betting on daaaaaaaa Raaaaaaiders. I think I'll quit while I'm ahead.
True. I have to think it would be no less than 9. I was really hoping Seattle would play well today and Miami would stink it up, that way I could get a respectable line on Miami next week. Seattle is horrible in early east coast games.
Here's what you do betting raider games. Bet them at home, and win. If you lose, bet them the next game at home, cuz they'll win. Then, the next 5 games they play, fade them. Then randomly bet them again. If you are betting on the raiders more than 20% of the time, you are doing something wrong. It's like a woman's period, you need to catch the rhythm of their one good game in a blue moon.
