anyone else think there is something fishy about this Smart deal?

I've thought from the begining it was weird. After watching her dad the last two day's,I'm very suspicious.I hope I'm wrong but,I feel like I'm watching Susan Smith

I'm thinking she ran away from her home, I read somewhere some witness in Utah held a party and the kidnappers and her were there and says she had so many chances to leave or call the police but didn't. Don't know if it's the truth though.
