Lending Tree.com? Was thinking of doing a Home Equity Loan and not sure the best way to shop around. Lending Tree sounds like a great conept, but is it legit? And I really hate to give out that kind of info into cyberspace. Who should you start with if not? Your mortgage holder, or personal bank?

Does Judy do that? That cash game was ruthless, I only was in 60, thats why I quit. That guy was talkin during the hand and I think he was telling his son what that other guy had and it pissed me off. I cant believe he called you with Q10. :scared :scared :scared

Get a Costco membership THEN use LendingTree. I used them and got back over $1700 in Costco Cash cards and bought all our pool furniture, yard items, and still had money left.

They have brochures near the membership desk and the more the value of your home is the more you get back. You can even cash out the cash cards and take the $$$$!!!!

I used lending tree and got about 6 offers but I was able to find a better mortgage through a different lender on my own. I pretty much used them as a guideline/starting point to see what was out there.
