Tickets went on sale to the general public today, anywhere from 2,000 to 4,000 seats per game. Thats right, Seats !!! Corporate America has really fubared this, the average fan doesn't have a snowball's chance in hell of grabbing any of those tickets. However, as a season ticket holder, i'll be at Game 2. 20 rows behind home plate, we'll i'll be there until someone in that corprate America starts to offer me $ 5,000 a seat.

I tried to get tickets thru ticketmaster online and calling the number and didn't have any luck getting thru. I got as far as the online part saying your estimated wait time is 5 minutes and it was like that for about 20 minutes before I just closed it.

Instead of dropping thousands for one game of the World Series, you could have bought next years season tickets and got tickets for this years World Series as well.

They actually sold so many additional season ticket packages for next year, they hadn't set aside enough tickets for the World Series.
