Quit cold turkey after the super bowl thought it was gonna be impossible but man it feels great no more stressing over meaningless point spreads I hardly even watch sports on TV anymore spend more time with the kids. I was way outta control checking the phone, online every minute chassing all weekend it feels so good to not be doing it anymore will see if I can make it through once football starts up again for the first time in over 20 years not even one wager on the NCAA turney brackets or one game bet:00hour
