mspaint.exe comes with the microsoft OS. There is photoshop etc but paint works ok. Just click on Start -> Run - type in mspaint and click enter then open the file and zoom in and you can do it by pixels. Forgot to add you will have to save it locally first as a .bmp then edit it then you can save it .gif .jpg etc.
I know Scott and others here are very good with these picture things. I would be cool if someone had the time to build a madjacks family link where those who wanted could put up a pic or two with short disertation. Would be nice to cruise it and associate faces and themes with names. I know it would be time consuming and cost for bandwidth but I think a yearly service charge to handle time and expense would not be problem for those who wanted to participate. Just a thought!
