Cubs/st. Louis total is 14 tomorrow in London. Never heard anything about the air being thin or winds blowing out. Or are the field dimensions set up for a home run fest? Crazy high total -especially for these 2 inept offenses. Have to think over is the way to go just because.

i saw something a week or two ago that said the last time mlb played in london (2019?), the games were very high-scoring. i think the field was small. they did slightly reconfigure the field this year to make it a little bigger, but not much.

also, fwiw, plenty of the cubs have hit wainwright hard and 7 of the 9 cardinals starters are hitting at least .333 against steele, although only 4 of them have more than 3 ABs.

Cardinals can't hit the ball off a Tee right now, better yet, this season. Time for a new POBO. Mo stinks at picking players. Contreras was a huge mistake, but he wouldn't spend the bucks for Sean Murphy. That's whats wrong with this team. Management. Has been, for quite some time. He's only interested in winning the division so more people will come to games. He has another year I think to ruin this team before his contract runs out.
