I too thought the N Iowa line seemed a bit low at 8.5
I thought maybe this is a schedule thing playing the 2nd road game separated by just two days, but they've been in the same situation three other times this season and have gone 2-0-1 ATS. Of course this is the highest they've been rated all season, so one could argue they were undervalued in those prior situations and earlier in the season.
I'm not really much help, but I do agree that it's a fishy line.

Loy has won 2 in a row--against the bottom 2 teams. Somewhere No Ia has to let up/down? They are well coached and play hard the whole game. Def is suffocating and if they need to run they can.

its not exactly like UNI runs away and hides from opponents on the road. I don't find it fishy at all and especially in a low scoring game to begin with.
