probably johnny unitas...in those days the qb ran the whole offense during the game.

Jim Kelly ran the offense and he made it to the superbowl 4 times in a row.........would you consider him one of the best ever?

I don't know who the greatest QB's ever are, but
Manning and Brady are two of the classiest QB's
ever, and so are their teams, coachs, and fans. As
for the game yesterday, I didn't think USC/Texas
could be beat, then OU/Boise, now NE/Indy. That
game yesterday was over the top. Congrats to
Bear and Colt fans, but I think the SB will be anti-
climatic after that one yesterday. Will go thru some
intense withdrawals after the SB, bring on Sept.

You're right Rusty, these aren't two thug teams at all, class organizations from top to bottom...the way the game and sports should be!

what is it with these threads? After every game we now analyze who shakes whose hand and who kisses whose ass etc. etc. its football, who really cares. If its that important, you should have watched Manning s interview after the game, going on and on how much class Brady & the Patriots have. But who really cares anyway. If you know anything about these guys anyway, they are personal friends that golf together in the off season anyway.

Rusty, what gives? 10 years ago when the game was over players went to their respective locker rooms. Baseball players go to their clubhouse when the game ends, they don't swarm the field shaking hands. Kids lives aren't destroyed.

Well, I got news for you. There was a time not that long ago when players actually did meet at the end of the game and shake hands.

I guess that was well before a bunch of ill-mannered, poorly educated, and spoiled brats started taking the fields.
