That bozo is my brother! Can't believe he ended up on the front page of my home town newspaper, then a local TV station followed him around his entire route, then ESPN showed him on SPORTSCENTER I believe. Not sure, I missed it.

BUT he's been doing his route in the snow with shorts for years.... I don't know the big deal, I wear shorts nearly every day too!
