If so, can you play for much of a profit? I have some huge variance between my locals lines and Pinny lines due to line movement and him always bumping stuff 1 or 2 points.
For instance, last night I take the Suns +1.5 (-105) on Pinny, by the time the game goes off he gives me Phx -4.5. Offering me a sweet middle with the reduced juice on the sharp side (allegedly based on line move). Well of course Phx wins by 3 and the middle hits.
I have posted several other situations in Foots, such as the Den/Ind game. I had Indy +4.5 on Jamaica, and Denver pick with him. Offering another great middle.
My question is, has anyone or does anyone try to exploit these situations? My Phx middle last night was basically $5 to win $200, or worst case $10 to win $200. How can this not be a hugely profitable situation in the long run if the lines are sharp? The key is hitting the line the second it comes out, and accurately predicting which way it will move.
Whats the math here, and am I missing something?
Aprreciate the help....
