Per NFL Network....QB Teddy Bridgewater tore his ACL, has a dislocated knee cap... But no nerve damage. He is very lucky

God I feel like I got kicked in the nutz! Was really looking forward to this season with Bridgewater at the helm. I have followed the Vikes since I was a kid.

Rumor has it the Vikings will be holding a special try-out for Brett Favre, Johnny Manziel, and Timmy Tebow (if the Twins will agree to split time)

Where it is real F ing COLD
Let's just say I have been sick since hearing the news. Shaun Hill will be the QB for at least the first month of the season provided he stays healthy. Zimmer and Spielman aren't going to do anything drastic yet I wouldn't think. Final cuts are this Saturday, I am sure they are waiting to see what happens to Kap or Sanchez. Personally if they go waiver wire without a trade I am hoping its Kap if released but I don't think they will go with that circus right now. Kap can at least run and with Peterson running they have a whole new dynamic.

As far as Teddy, he was making strides and had a better line in front of him and 2 seasons under his belt. The Franchise gets set back another year not knowing what they really have at QB something they have wasted 20 years on. Now they will have to see how Teddy returns next year but I am sure they are thinking of a backup plan. I mean would you really want a QB who dislocates a knee and tears and ACL just by dropping back to pass. Not good. Looks like it's back to the drawing board, such a shame cause they have a nice team around him.

As a packer fan, I can't believe how bad for teddy I feel.
He almost lost his leg
Here is a link, and if you click the link to the pics of x-rays of this type of injury, you can almost feel teddy's pain. Just horrific.
