1)He's been very critical of Clinton and Bush. You'd like him half the time.
2)There's not one economist that would support that cause and effect.
nope
3)Watch Clark - you'll like him. You'd see that our military leaders are emphasizing Afghanistan, noting the problems on the Pakistan border and looking to take the attack there (something we've done 4 times since Hussein was chasticed for suggesting it) and
4)you'll also note that our government will be sitting down with Iran over their nuclear program.
All point Hussein made a year ago.
Imaging how great he'll be once he gets some "experience"
1)other than giving the farm to china,i never complained to much about bill....
2)i disagree...not only did bush mention drilling he lifted the presidential ban....it`s not a coincidence...and it`s not a coincidence that the stock market had a nice bump...
all spokes in the wheel..
3)clarke`s a disigenuous hack who is all about discrediting the administration...he has about as much credibility as spongy...the media focus on afghanistan is because they can no longer focus on iraq....things are looking much to positive...america`s defeat is their agenda(as long as a republican occupies the w.h.)...
if the surge hadn`t been successful...if we weren`t on the verge of a potential "victory" (by anyones measure),we`d still be hearing about iraq...
isn`t it strange how iraq is seldom on the front page these days?....
and btw...there will be no winner in afghanistan...ask the russians...geographically it`s impossible to clean out al qaeda and the taliban...like a warehouse filled with roaches...you`d have to burn the warehouse to the ground and even then, you wouldn`t wipe them out...all you can hope to do is keep em on the run...keep em occupied...
and thankfully, the pakistanis and some allies are helping do just that..
4)the europeans have been
"negotiating" with iran for a decade...and they`ve accomplished zilch...i wish i could get odds on the result of these "negotiations"...
bock cetainly was right about the surge, though, wasn`t he?...the last of the "surge" troop deployment departed iraq today....
i`m sure we`re all ecstatic about the profound effectiveness of the "surge"....:142squint
