Where do corporations get these magical "corporate subsidies"? I'm a corporation. My effective tax rate is almost 40%. I took loans out for all of my education and to finance my practice that started day 1 with zero patients. But I would love to get my hands on those magical subsidies.
Maybe by passing laws that make having children's dental coverage mandatory in the ACA. Also, if you're paying 40% in income taxes, you need to find a better accountant.
But I would love to get my hands on those magical subsidies.

Better get a lobbyist. You are a mom and pop business, the subsidies go to billion dollar companies who apparently couldn't exist without government handouts.
It isn't my meme....I just posted it for the purposes of creating discussion so i could learn a bit. Too bad you don't have more time today.I don't have a ton of time today but enough time to research just a little and when you do that it makes posts like this seem different.
In 2006 our government spent 59 billion on Welfare subsidies and 92 billion on Corp subsidies. Let's break out the biggest chuck of the Corp subsidy. 40% went to the Dept of Ag for Farm subsidies. Now Cie can say that we might be mad at the wrong folks but let's think about it a little more. If the farmers aren't subsidized then the price of agriculture would go thru the roof. Subsidizing the farmers actually helps keep prices down because they don't have to make up for bad seasons by raising their prices in good seasons. So if 40% of my 4000 is going to farmers to help keep the prices down who does that really help? The people who don't have much money including welfare and food stamp recipients.
I know it's just a small sample but I dare anyone to take that 40% of the 92 billion out and see what happens to the price of produce, meat, eggs, etc.
Again, I don't have a problem with it because everyone is working and put their spoke in the wheel. I do have a problem with the people not adding but subtracting. Maine has the right idea when it comes to welfare recipients.
