This guy (the only one in America so far to do so) decides he's going to strictly enforce the immigration laws and instead of simply sending smugglers and those smuggled in back to Mexico, he's going to put them in jail for 1 to 3 years, as allowed by law.

What's 'funny' is how much media coverage he's gotten for simply following the law. You know the immigration problem is bad when this becomes one of the lead stories of the day.

i saw him on oreilly & was asked where he's going to put everybody.....& he said that he'll keep putting up tents...the dessert is big...

yesterday i heard that the mexican gov't. hired a law firm from l.a. to challange arizona's law in court...they maintain that only the federal gov't. can enforce the immigration law....talk about having gaul....somebody should challenge the mexican gov't. over their competence...

a p.r. firm in dallas was hired by the mexican govt to help them with their image.

it seems funny strange that a law enforcement officer is getting a hard time enforcing the laws.
