Frost suspended for the 1H because of a "targeting" call / ejection.
Will definitely hurt he is our best LB against the run. Our run game is looking real good. 3 guys with 150-180 yards through two games
Will jump in here & give my opinion about next Saturday's Bulldogs/Aubie game. Too answer your question Corley1011 our passing game is SHIT!!! Auburn does possess 3 very good RB's however & each has there own distinct style. Mason is a "Slasher", Grant is the "Speed" & Artis-Payne is the "Bruiser". Our Offensive Line has played well & we have gained over 300 yards rushing in each our first 2 games. If State stops our ground game we have NO chance but I think that will be hard for the Bulldogs too do. Should be a "Good Old Fashion Physical SEC Match-Up" so whoever wins in the "Trenches" should come out on top. Pretty accurate take there. Our passing game is Jeckel and Hyde. 1st half yesterday Marshall looked solid. 2nd half he comes out and looks like a deer in headlights whenever he was in the pocket. Not sure what the problem is with him. He does have wheels though, which is what we need out of a QB to make the read option offense work.
Have a feeling this is gonna be won in the trenches. And all of our talent in that area defensively is either freshmen or sophomores. very hard to get a read or predict things with this AU team because of that.
Actually the only consistency in our defense is that the last 6 quarters we have been really good in the redzone. give up a lot of yards between the 20s but 0 TDs and 4 FGs in that span
