Navy -12.5 over Army ****** strong play

Army has done a great job on offense.Ross running the ball and mixing up some passes has revitalized one side of the ball.But Army defense is bad.They rank last in the nation on total defense.Have given up 794 pts,just under 5,000 yds and 45 td's.They can't stop the run and almost as bad vs. the pass.
Navy comes in here ranked 3rd in the nation in rushing.Polanco has done a terrific job at qb.Besides running option he has passed for just under 1000 yds.Eckel the fullback is dynamite.Maybe in the 1st half he'll have 40 yds and he'll lull you to sleep.But once he gets those legs moving they never stop.He will have 3 or 4 guys on his back and he still gains another 3 or 4 yds.Johnson's option is tough to stop.Navy has won 8 games and are going to the Emerald Bowl[where ever that is?]
Army offense is there only strength.And Jones is there stud.He has 1,136 rushing yds.The team has a total of 1,680.But he is hurting.Two weeks ago he was listed as doubtful.Two days ago he's starting.He says he's 100% but thats not the case.He partner in the backfield is Robinson who scored 5 tds in 1 game this yr when Jones was hurt.He's Jones blocker and a warrior.But he also is banged up with knee and shoulder problems.He'll play but he's not 100% either.Dahman the qb will be eaten alive if he has no running game.How many alley opps passes to 6'6 Alexander can you throw.
Navy the past 2 yrs has outscored Army 92-18.That was 58-12 and lyr 34-6.And the yr they scored the 58 was the "Goat kidnapping".Army dyed Billy pink,tatooed an Army "A" on its ass,and the goat came out of the tunnel when Army team entered Giant stad..Well rumor has it Army again kidnapped the Navy goat.If that rumor is true PJ's Navy coach will run that score up like he did 2 yrs ago.
If you capp according to common opponents Army and navy are almost even.Navy did play 7 home games.
Navy defense is somewhat overlooked.They won 8 games and if you take away the Tulane game the most they gave up in any game was 27 pts .And that was vs Notre Dame.
Eckel will score a few and gain 150 yds.Ross will have a cornerback and LB right on him.Makes no difference.Polanco who has thrown for 5 tds and run for 12 will get a few.Navy offense will tire Army def.
Navy wins by 3 tds.Add another 2 tds if Jones doesn't play or the navy Billy goat was really kidnapped.
Will come back with one or two more football games.Going back across the street for college hoops.Got my butt kicked in with Marist-Rider game.
