Army-Navy Franklin Field recap
Rockwell and Jackson score 3 td's...Navy has shut out last 5 opponents by a combined score of 70-0..But Army wins 17-5...the following year Teddy Roosevelt attends the game to become the 1st President to attend the Army-Navy Game only because McKinley is assassinated.. Navy wins 11-5..the 1st game was played in 1898...
Last yr Army wins 14-13 when the Army team dresses in camouflage whites honoring the 10th Mountain Division from World War 2... then it snows and Navy can't see their opponents in the snow..but Army couldn't see there own guys either..
Navy has dominated in the past 10-15 years but Army has now won 2 in a row...Army this year could win their 10th back to back wins in a season.. Navy had its worst year going 3-8..but today throw the records out..its means nothing...Navy's disappointing season could end today with a win and vice versa for Army
BUT Army is the better team on both sides of the ball..Army can throw the ball instead of just rushing it..and navy who used to have a passing attack has none..
To long to break down the players and positions..Army's fullbacks are solid..qb can run and pass..and Armys has Walker its secret weapon laying low all year...he is an outside threat when Amy's Woolfolk and Davis are pounding the ball inside...I can see a lateral outside to Walker who has break away speed..he has been used in other area's but think today Monken lets him loose...
Think Army has to much talent overall...Navy is fired up seeing there a touchdown dog but Army is just as fired up as their cousins..Army wins by +10 pts...

Best of luck to the Army West Pointers today my friend.

While all the math, and other indicators point to Army West Point covering today... we all know that Navy is going to

Wow. Did I call that. Walker 51 yd gain. Longest run of the year. Monken has been hiding him. Army fans kept wondering when are they going to unleash him. Well they did on their 1 st series. It?s early though. Now army d needs to step up
