Baton Rouge Police have issued arrest warrants for LSU QB Jefferson and LB Josh Johns. 2nd-degree battery, which is a felony.

It took approximately 30 minutes from announcement of felony rap to indefinite suspension. I call that prompt action by LSU. Strong.

This is yet another reason why I prefer to turn my head from the football factories. Sure, there are som bad apples at all levels but the last time I checked nobody on the roster of my home school was getting their car payments taken care of. No one has a warrant out either I also like the fact that I can see my guys develop as players and more importantly as young men over a full four year period.

Big time college football needs reform.
