HOUSTON ASTROS +130 ? This looks like some nice underdog value after watching the Astros win the first 2 games of this series. Houston has now won 4 of their last 5 games while the Rangers are going in the other direction, losers of 4 straight. Redding has been terribly inconsistent, but to his credit, he has now allowed 3 earned runs or less in 8 of his last 10 starts. Valdes is following his usual pattern from past season, posting a losing record with a good ERA and WHIP. He still has the annoyingly bad habit of giving up his runs at the worst possible time, demonstrating very little mental toughness. The Rangers as a team are now 6-9 in all his starts. Finally, he is facing a Houston offense that is starting to come alive, averaging 7 runs per game in the last 3 games.

my bad , redding 0-5 at nite on the road
still lean with texas , houston 6-13 on the road at nite vs righties , % wise hard to sweep a home team , when you have a bad road team .
