Wow the line is up to 6.5 and 7 at some places, It opened last night at 4.5. Why is there such heavy action on ASU??? Who is ASU to lay 6.5 or more to anyone? I do think ASU could be the right play, but the line has me confused. What are your thoughts on this game? I liked ASU, but not so sure anymore.

I see exactly what your saying. I go to ASU - have been to every game this yr. This team is so crazy - they play bad in games they should win - and then in games following that - when not much is expected - they seem to step it up. A couple of wks ago we were -3 vs Stanford - and it seemed everyone loved Stan - and we won fairly easily. We win at Oreg after losing by 22 to Oreg St. I think this is a good spot for us, Oreg St coming off a huge emotional win vs Wash - and us getting waxed on our road trip. The main worry, watching this team, if we have a lead going down the stretch - its not safe at all - with turnovers and sometimes free throw shooting, it is never safe. I do like ASU in this spot, and can def. see a double digit win tonight.

Good Luck!!

osu has certainly left their defense in corvalis during pac-10 play. theyve allowed an average of 80+ppg away from home in conf. play and that number would be even higher if washington state wasnt such a slow down team. they still gave up 68 to wazzou, which is a lot. to me, the pac10 is a total crapshoot this year. nobody besides arizona and washington deserve tourney bids.

completely agree - I think for people to say that right now ASU is still on the bubble is crazy. We havent beat one team who will be in the tourny most likely - it's just ridiculous. As much as I would like as to make the tourny - unless we beat UA or Wash - dont really think we deserve it. UCLA isnt far away - but they need to finish strong. Hopefully we will come to play tonight and Ike will do better than his 3-10 shooting @ USC.

Sanks,
I go to ASU too, and have been to most of the home games. They are a tricky team to figure out just like their football team. I think the line is about right (-6.5), so not going to touch it, but the over might be worth a shot. I have done well this year betting asu basketball games going 5-1, with the lose being at Oregon (had Oregon).

Yea - definitely a hard team to figure out. I have made a good amount on them to this year - and will either hold off or put a little on ASU. Hit USC pretty hard last wkend when we played them - as I just had that feeling, ASU wouldnt put it together in that game. Good luck with whatever you play tonight!

I had this game with my numbers at -7. It opened at 4-. I was just waiting for it to go to 7 again. This looked like a sucker line for ASU at 4-. I am gonna take this dog at 6- in about an hour. still waiting for that 7. Good luck whatever you do.
