I have no idea if it really was his wife to this day... .talked to him for the whole weekend on and off and if u listened to him he could easily sell u a used car. Pitt admin was asked for permission to interview him by asu and they decline because they butchered the whole wanny situation then te Haywood etc so they wanted stabilization . Long story short and 6 coaches in 14 months later (including interim) Pitt now has someone I believe is an honest man who could have easily taken te wisky job last year after again 1 year here and did not. We may never get to the next level but graham was very sleepy from everything I heard inside the Pitt admin. In closing he takes all the credit when his offense looks good but puts it on others when it does not .

Damn, now that is solid info. I can tell you from a few people I know that are alums, close to the program that live in Scottsdale.....have said the same thing as you, he could sell anything that Todd Graham". He was in a very near plane crash in November on a recruiting trip, was told he had one of his older sons on the flight, from one of his many relationships.....folks down in Az tell me they don't see Graham staying too long at ASU, he would be coaching atbTexas but the new AD Patterson at Texas has a clause in his contract from when he left AsU last month that he can't hire Graham, and he is a Texas guy, born and raised. But great info in your post!

I didn't see his ASU introductory press conference but I heard if you came from mars and heard his at Pitt and at ASU, you wouldn't know what school he was at and that it was the exact same thing.

Lot of people around here are unrealistic. I suppose like most of the country when it comes to sports .like him or hate him pitt had a coach that would die for Pitt (wanny). He got them to consistent 8-9 wins a year and brought in great recruits . He was fired because his team blew a 21 point lead to cinci for what was the big east championships .yea wanny was not perfect on game days but I don't feel anyone is. People in this country seem to want perfection and pick apart every wrong. Wanny never would hVe left Pitt, he grew up here,played here and the HS coaches and players loved him as u can tell by his press conference after his ouster when they alllll stood with him at podium. Now they have a similar coach ,less fiery on sidelines but he is building the team the same way and in the wisky model. Big linemen and dominate running game.wannys prob was he never got a QB who could take them to the next level, Chryst has that on his plate. Voytek who played 2nd half Vs BG was actually recruited by graham ...just some info..

In the mid 90's, Ariz St was busted for a point shaving scandal. This game comes off as a little fishy. I doubt there's any BS going on, but it sure makes one wonder....:shrug:

AZ ST offense is something you see on friday nights in highschool games, so fukin bad!! QB has a pee arm as well :mj07::mj07: 64 passing yards thru 3 quarters in college these days, are you kidding me :mj07::mj07:
