How's the remote training coming?

If you have used a remote in the last decade, it shouldn't be a problem.

I did think of one small downfall. One of the most used feature of TV for us was On-Demand kid shows. The Comcast offering was bigger, but it is pretty easily made up for with U-Verse because all three units are now DVR that can play from each other. We didn't have DVR before.

That's hurtful.

I'm always clickin' shit when I'm off the Uverse button and the timing on fast forwarding through commercials has taken longer than expected. I'll get it, though

I noticed something kind of cool last night about the fast forwarding through commercials. When you hit play, it rolls back 3 seconds to get you in the right spot. I thought that was badass.

But I'm not sure if all DVR does that.

Don't know if this means anythign for me or not - I am seeing AT&T fiber lines being laid in my city. I can only hope.

I can only hope. :00hour

Be looking for the current phone line boxes in your neighborhood. They have to put in a second (much bigger) box for U-Verse.
