I don't think I'd try it in KY but if you're in a big city and are adventurous try the uni with quail egg. mmmmm:toast:
Love rolls..........seems like my area is over run with Sushi Joints. Had a smoked salmon roll just last week............it's tasty.
We eat at the Druken Fish in STL all the time. Also noticed this weekend they have one in downtown KC. Hesitant to eat sushi in the midwest especially in winter but, it is always fresh here. Thanks for the pic.
