You once posted the lazy mans diet, I can't remember what was to formula, can you help? I will be exercising also, but that is beside the point.

i'll dig it up. i'm starting again today.

i'm limiting myself to 1500 calories per day which should lose me one pound every 3 days.

take your goal weight and multiply by 15. this figure is your maintenence calories. my M calories is 3000 so i'm cutting my M cals by 1500 per day. it takes 4500 calories to lose a pound. do the math.

no cheating :nono:

just have yourself 4 or 5, 300 to 400 calorie meals a day and the weight will come off.
