Kosar:
I'm not sure I understand what your intent is in posting this message, other than to ridicule what was an honest request on my part to the readers who visit my page.
Hopefully, you wil understand that I do receive a lot of e-mails - between this site, other gambling sites, and my writings at Card Player and so forth. I believe it is my responsibility to respond to every one of them. If someone writes me a long, detailed e-mail, I should give that person as much time as I can to clarify, explain, or answer any questions. It's simply the right thing to do.
After last week's downturn, I simply made a request to readers that any questions ("E-MAIL YOUR QUESTIONS TO NOLAN HERE" -- link on my page) be suspended for a week or so, until I have more time to devote to the mails. The last thing I want is for someone to spend a lot of time on an e-mail and then I am not able to respond properly.
I'm sorry that I did not clarify my reasons. I thought they would be obvious. I try to be as calculating and methodical as I can in my research and handicapping. But I also need breathing room on occasion and simply hoped readers would understand that I am going to devote most of my time to getting back to winning.
If your post was meant as a joke, perhaps I missed the humor in it. I find it difficult to laugh when I've dropped 5 units in a week, and no doubt hurt others at the site who trust the quality of the recommendations.
