Well, first things first. Congrats dawgs.... Personally, i think we had ya'll beat, but that is why they play the game.

With that said, AU vs al is an early 10 point line. Why? Alabama has been awesome. Tough break for the tide this year with such a solid club. It reminds me of when auburn was on probation and went 11-0 with a deserved, but not awarded NC. Nevertheless , this is what has motivated bama all year.

Side note: the only reason ole miss will go to a bowl this year with such a pathetic record , is b/c bama can't go...

The tigers have lost three tailbacks(caddy, ronnie brown, chris butler) that would all be starters for any other sec team That leaves us with a 5'7'' 175 pound frosh, Tre Smith(he's white). Not good if your an auburn fan, but great as an alabama lineman. Our QB Jason Campbell is hurt, but may play. Either way this is not good. From what i have heard we are going to run a spread Offense We just had a frosh WR (pitts) leave the team to pursue a rap career. Are you kidding me? That leaves us with all frosh at the skill positions WR and RB.

side note: all be it one game, my first and only trip to bryant denny, Bama is still yet to score a point on auburn in tuscaloser...

be back later when a total is posted

...for any research guru's i wonder when the last iron bowl game had a double digit fav?

To clarify a few things and add one:

Ronnie Brown is doubtful. He is not out yet. Really there is no word if he will play or not. It is safe to say that if he does play he will not be 100%

Also AU has lost their FB for this game. He is a key part of the team because of his blocking ability. AU does not have a back up for him and Tubberville says they will have a TE move into position to pick up the blocking assignments but will not line up as FB.

As for the WRs they are freshmen but they have played all year. So they are for the most part sophomores.

On the Alabama side, there is no word as of yet on whether Kenny King will play or not. He got a shoulder stinger in the LSU game. Coach Fran will not talk about the injury so this one is left wide open.

As for my thoughts, I am not touching this thing. As of now, I would take AU and points but that is subject to change. A lot depends on Ronnie Brown. Tre Smith has played well this year but do not know if he can shoulder the entire lode.

IF AUBURN TRIES RUNNING THE SPREAD OFFENSE, THIS GAME WILL BE OVER, IT WILL NOT WORK AGAINST THE BEST DEFENSE IN THE LEAGUE. WATCH WHAT HAPPENS WHEN AU TRIES TO SPREAD IT'S OFFENSE.TALENT WINS GAMES.

I have a 3 team teaser with the Rams over 34 (last night) W, and Alabama -1, and MD in a pick'em.
Bama and the Terps are both playing great ball and I can't see either team losing. If you can find a third team to add to the mix, I think there's a teaser winner here.<img src="http://www.geocities.com/bogies3.geo/CarrotTop.JPG">
