Well, after a pretty sh*tty early evening, I decided to make one more play to end the night. I was tired of picking 2 games and hitting one and losing one and, thus, losing the juice. I was going to narrow it down to my one best play. I had narrowed my selections down to Pacific and Santa Clara. Pacific laying 5. Or Santa Clara getting 8'. Could Saint Mary's beat anyone that bad? I didn't think so. So there was my play - Santa Clara. But somewhere along the way, Santa Clara turned into my Aunt Clara. She's 95 years old, God bless her, but she bounded onto the court with reckless abandon. I questioned her stamina from the beginning, and rightly so. She folded quickly under the relentless assault of Saint Mary. 84 - 52. Doink. Poor Aunt Clara. And so went my day. Another losing effort.
Oh, I almost forgot - of course Pacific won 88 - 64. 'nuff said.
