Any opinions?

I like 2 qualifying matchups at WSEX:

Paul Tracy -120 vs. Michael Andretti and
Scott Dixon -115 vs. Cristiano da Matta

To win the race, I doubt it will be De Ferran (he just wants a decent showing to win the championship so will take few chances). I'm leaning to Helio Castro-Neves or perhaps Patrick Carpentier

The qualifying will on october 26th at 10h45 pm (next friday) and the race on saturday the 27th at 11h45 pm.

Plenty time til then so will be back only thursday...

Ok, time has changed.

Qualifying: friday(tonight!) at 11h45 pm EDT

Race at midnight tomorrow!

Yesterday practices has been mostly wash out so we can't take in consideration these results. No rain for today and tomorrow race so the last practice (this evening at 8h00 pm)will give us an idea on how the qualifying will go tonight. The only problem, WSEX will put his lines off the board at 8h00 pm ...

I see no other qualifying lines...

With this fact in consideration, i only have one qualifying match ups so far (until OLY shows up!). I like Castroneves -105 over de Ferran for 1 unit. Castroneves has to push hard this weekend to erase De ferran leads in the standing and he will do whatever he can to be up front of the grid. On the other side, De Ferran is sitting comfortable in first place (26 points ahead of Brack)and this track hasn't been his best (best finish for a race here was only fifth!)

More "maybe" later!

1837/Stanley I had way to much fun with F1 plus a little luck with Nascar. So im done till next year. What im trying to do is give a lot back in FB. However that is starting to be on the upside to. So much work and time going there. But I wish you guys all the best luck till the last race is done.
1837 will see you in about 4 months. First milk or pop even the second one is on me.

Surprisingly, Castroneves wasn't in the hunt at all and will start 11th. De Ferran on the other way is second. Polesitter? Moreno! What a surprise! Expect a lot of weird things during that race and maybe another surprise winner.

Let's bring the match ups!

I think Oly only has qualifying matchups for NASCAR. I've never seen them post qualifying matchups for CART or F1. They have pole position odds for those races.

As for the race tonight I like Dario Franchitti. It will be interesting to see what his odds are. If he's 9-2 or better I'm taking him. His record in Australia is tremendous and he starts 5th. I have no doubt he'll move around Tracy and Da Matta early and with good pit stops should be able to be tough against de Ferran and Moreno.
