That over 53 is very tempting...Palko is going to throw the football all around versus those new true freshman corners...I gotta think WVU is going to put up all kinds of stats on the scoreboard.

It is raining and will be a slow track...still think the scoreboard lights blink alot tomorrow.

i hate playing a wannstedt-coached team over the total but the panthers have the offensive weapons to score some points on wvu.

.... but anyone who saw pitt/uconn last week knows that pittsburgh's defense against a mobile quarterback was beyond pathetic. i try to steer clear from hyperbole but i can confidently say it was the worst defense against a running qb that ive seen this year. they made dj hernandez look like michael vick and allowed uconn to convert a shitload of 3rd and longs when hernandez just ran around after having no receivers to throw to. it wouldnt be a surprise if pat white were to run for 100+ himself. even though i still feel louisville is better than wvu, theres no doubt in my mind pitt has a better chance of beating lville than wvu. the mounties are going to shred the pitt defense with slaton and white.

I have two tickets and was going to make the 6 hour ride from Virginia...however, my son made it to the championship game of pee wee league...tough to get out of that :)

His game is at 5:30...so, I should be back in time for kickoff.
