Chadman seriously who cares? No matter what you're going to come up with some bullshit excuse and after 2 years in here reading them I doubt my stomach can handle any more. Whatever man...Bush lied and this war is for Halliburton right?

CLINTON SAID REGIME CHANGE WAS THE BEST THING TO DO

If it weren't for GW Bush there would be no democracy in Iraq. It would be a terrorist regime responsible for the genocide of 400,000. Poor liberals. You libs can sit here all day and critisize this president. Thank god it doesn't matter. Wrong side of history!! :)

Well, I even tried to do what you asked me to do, to get you to answer a direct question. You dismiss me and move on. No problem. I can spend my time in more constructive ways than inane arguments with you. Please, from now on, then, stop challenging me if you don't want to hear what I have to say. I realize you could care less about what people who don't agree with you have to say, so, it's understandable. Just don't waste both of our time. Good afternoon, Charles.

That's what I though Chadman, no excuse from you. The topic was about Bush spreading freedom and democracy, not Chadman making excuses for Bill Clinton's assertion of regime change.

Laugh all you want liberals. Saddam, Uday, and Qusay Hussein murdered 400,000 people and buried them in the desert. The 3 weapons of mass destruction are gone.

"hahahahaha" :mj122:

I addressed your post with my first post. After that, you avoided my post and took this to Clinton-land. You post that twice to me, ask me to address it, I agree, and now you say I'm changing the subject.

Charles Manson, you are priceless.

Next 4 months will be critical. We have to hope these 3 factions start working together. I hate to see what happens if they don't.

DJV i admire that post. feel the same way. i feel like hannity agreeing with alan colmes. ewww.

spytheweb. a satellite, or "puppet" government as you refer it, is typically controlled by a leadeer of the original government. Why are the Iraqis voting? shouldin a "puppet" government. they shouldnt be allowed to choose for themselves?

Interesting what apparently ment so much to so many today--means so little to a few.

Matt I understand where your coming from on Iran but not sure it will pan out that way--
Will be some tough times ahead--if you look at the bickering our own 2 political parties do--hard to fathom what will evolve with actually 4( if you include 2 enities of Shites) sects with entirely diff objectives. However hard to overlook the enthusiasm the county of Iraq displayed today.Once they get a smell of freedom you never know what will happen.
One thing about it--they reached a milestone today most thought would be impossible-especially Iraqi's --and as GW said in interview we will be there to help finish job for next 3 1/2 years if necessary--regardless of what rattling you here from some politicians or press. :)

Just a controversial day--I think saying bad day for Dems is totally unfair as for the most part we are all on same side.
Its the press and a few like Dean-Kerry ect that get my goat.

Been flipping back through news stations today just to see how they cover or don't cover. Most have been pretty fair--found one extreme and can't remember what station it was. but was still remarking that some poll showed most Iraq's did not think they are better off Saddams demise. Absolutely insane!!! How do they then account for only very few- Bathe party for most part that have left Iraq since Saddams out-- and over 1 1/2 million that have returned since and about half those being professional people.

Economy now booming in Iraq too. I heard voter turnout was so high almost 80% in Tikrit alone. Almost ran out of ballots. Not exactly a puppet government. So good to see these people chose their own leaders for once!! Bush offered them freedom and they embraced it bigtime!!

Every step toward democracy in Iraq is a welcome relief. I'd hate to think that our $400 Billion (estimated) is going to waste.

Elections are a superficial way of measuring the existing of a Democracy as Vietnam also had a so called Democracy in 1967 when they hosted their first elections and we all know how well thatturned out!
