Curtis Sumpter tore his acl , the same knee as last march, in practice. looks like he's done for the year....if it wasnt for bad luck......

its alright, i remember my sr year when we were up 41-9 against villanova and pounded them all game. does nova still support gay wright's? and the other wright was the best dressed coach in the nit that year. i'll be at the palestra also. it would be nice if we could get a field house game vs a big 5 team. haven't had a game at the fieldhouse vs a city team since spring '01 vs temple.
hoops, we could go on forever on this subject and bore the hell out of everybody else who could care less. incidentally, have no real ties to nova other than a bball fan since 1970. ive seen over 30 nova -sju games, mostly at the palestra. have always rooted against the hawks(strictly because i support nova) other than nelsons run a couple years back. really enjoyed watching that team. jameer was one of the best big 5 players ever. anyhow, i really enjoy the rivalry. good luck to the hawks(not really)...
