Been searching all over the place but nothing yet

this is a key element to predicting the outcome of this fight...I believe 147 will be difficult for Baldomir to make....

fighting in front of 8000 Belgium fans won't help his chances either

one thing is for sure though, Baldomir has the better chin BY FAR....we'll see if that is enough....

But his best performances were at welter. I understand he struggles to make weight but usually performs well once there. Don't know for certain but perhaps with the time off he kept in some semblance of shape and maybe consulted a nutritionist. I think he was simply grossly out of shape for Perez although the tread may be thin. I'm leaning Baldo if I like what I see from the weigh-in.

I'm tempted to take Baldomir, but I would like to have some additional information....

Sorry fella's,

I am going against the grain and going with under 9 1/2 at +250.

Both of these guys are straight ahead brawlers who try not to give an inch.

Baldo looked shot in his last fight and was even wobbled. His granite chin might be starting to crack.

Sugar Jackson has a chin made of putty and can be hurt by a non-puncher like Baldo.

I had a virus from hell on my computer this week. I had it from Sunday night until today. Missed a couple of good bets that would have won.

Oh well, good luck all :toast:

weepaul

there you are mate ! sorry we missed you yesterday

Alvarado DESTROYED Huerta....it was a brutal beatdown

I don't like that we differ here bro, but good luck. As long as Karmazin comes through today, I'm all good !

If Bonsu wins, and Holy makes it 9.5 rnds, even better !

keep those viruses off your computer dude !

:toast:

Not yet. But it's supposed to be a WBC eliminator and they supposedly should be inside the limit.

from a friend at boxrec:

scores were 114-112, 113-113, 114-113. baldomir could cope with jackson best shots, but wobbled a bit in the 7th round. in the 10th round jackson fell.it wasn't ruled a KD, because he slipped.

jackson probably will now fight a final eleminator to be the mandatory challenger of berto.
