Was just there last week.... try Mo's Seafood on President Street (pretty sure)....
2 of the biggest crabcakes you've ever seen for $35.99 with all the fixings. I thought there were pretty good too - loaded with crab meat.
Otherwise Fells Point is an ok area. Was there 4 days mid-week and there really isn't anything going on, although I heard Fri/Sat nights are hopping.
I didn't know what to expect from the area. Ended up I wasn't impressed nor displeased. Went to an Orioles game which was fun, although the seats were the smallest seats I've ever seen in a stadium. Sat 5 rows behind the dugout - and if you were 6'2" or taller, you knees wouldn't fit in the space before the row in front of you.
It was too bad - it is a beautiful park and the whole Eutaw street (behind right field, just before the warehouse) is really cool. But damn, $60 seats and I couldn't sit in them - had to walk around the stadium and stand in the standing room area. And I'm only 6'5", so I'm not all that tall - seems almost average height these days (at least with the guys I hang around with)

the stadium/inner harbor/fells point/fort mchenry.....all enjoyable...but don`t wander off the beaten track at night.......and check the hotel beds for bed bugs(lol)....

amen to that...i`ve been to the baseball park once.....was amazingly uncomfortable(literally shoulder to shoulder)...left in the 5th inning....
fuck that with these new ball parks ....I remember OLD veterans stadium we had so much room bewteen rows you could hold a dance party with a DJ
Citizens Bank Park very Steep angles when you stand up you feel like your going to fall over row in front of you
I'm 5' 11 Son is 6' 1/2 Wife is 5'9 we had ok leg room but it's not all that comfy we had 2nd level seats twice cost us about $45 each and that was years ago !
Eating there is uber expensive forget a beer it was $8 for a mug or bottel which is not allowed to be drank at seats
Steak sandwhiches OMFG $10 Fries outta here $5
any way if your family of 3 and with ticket prices higher and food prices higher today be prepared to spend a weeks pay for a Day at the Ball Park
Stay home take out the BBQ and portable TV outside with neighbors and have fun way cheaper and for sure nicer people than the A holes at ball Park that are not from this CITY all come from other counties and New Jersey
I know i can count the locals going in they walk down 10 th street. Those who live close because parking is ridiculous at high price of $30
Theres a Way around that though if you go in 3 hrs Early to buy something at Lincoln financial field sports store Park way in Back ....
Leave walk around until game time heck acroos the street in M and N lots which are NOT the Citizens bank Park lots hundreds of Tail Gaters partying
so when you come out after game your car is there and you scalped them for $25
I'm not sure if they have ways of knowing who paid or is employee there!
So don't try it at your local park ,stadium untill u know for sure!
PLUS one time wife went with son wanted to take CAB home due to her inflammed joints and pain the FUCKING Habib rag wearing turban dot head mother fucker said no thats not far enough
Good thing i wasn't there oooooooooo boy the other Gemini twin would have jumped on hood of Cab and did the mexican hat dance.
Anyway reg american Cabbie took them home he said point blank i' take anyone close buy because it's ten or more trips within 2 miles !
Big deal you get one to center city for $25 buy the time you get there everyone is home !
I make like $50 - $75 just in fares and everyone tips me because I get out and open doors and make sure they get in house safely!
I never tip cabbies for that reason they all think they are due a tip just for picking us up !
Had one years ago another habib didnt know differnce from 10th st and 2nd street
i swear he went wrong way on purpose to drive up the fare !
I saw how much was added whn he stopped and i said ok buddy now drive us home where we live and you only get $8.25 not $10.95 because you went 1 mile in wrong direction !
He said i'll get in trouble i said ok thats your problem now i 'll get out of your stinking cab and walk home and your stiffed for the whole bill !
I open door so does wife reluctantly cause she dont like making waves!
HE says ok ok dont leave!
Drove us home i paid what was owed by my figures he didnt know what i was doing with pen in back seat !
I showed him how i knew what was really due.
handed him the slip of paper and the $8.25
Smiled and said have a nice day !

the upper deck in old memorial stadium was so practical......row after row of long curved benches......you sat where the hell you wanted to...you could lay down up there......
every game was a party....the place was so accomodating,planes even tried to land there(jack...lol).......
miss those days...

we ate at Bo Brooks, great food. i love being around the inner harbor. you have to take in an O's game. when you going?
Thanks guys. Will check out Bo Brooks. We will be there sat. and sun. night. Going to DC first to do all the museums and what not............... No Steeler garb in my wardrobe(long suffering Bills fan) Are those water cabs the best way to get around?
