NFL Playoffs - 0-0

NFL Regular Season ...12-1 .. 92% . + $ 6,131.00

OK fellows here we go on the slippery slope to the Super Bowl game in Feb.

I won a good play with Kansas City vs the Titans.

But that aint no where near what this game will represent. A playoff game. A playoff game with the Ravens who have been there and done that.

Vs a Kansas City team who all they have is their home field record against teams no where near what the Ravens defense will bring to the table.

Ed Reed alone is the step up man.

I will be honest here and say that I see weakness in the Ravens offense and I have been frustrated watching them in the few games I have seen them this year.

Down the road the Ravens offense is going to let them down. Not in this game though.

But with that said there is no way in heckfire the Ravens will go out like chumps in the first round of the playoffs against the Chiefs.

Flacco plays good enough to win. Ravens defense intercept and score. Ravens stuff the run of KC hard at the line where it counts.

If it snows and is cold, all the more fun for Baltimore.

I like the play Scott.

Neither team gives the ball away much, so it is all about which team is better....and I think that team is the Ravens.

Who have the Ravens lost to:
@ Cinci Week 2
@ NE in OT
@ ATL
Pittsburgh

Who has KC lost to:
@ Indy
@ HOU
@ OAK
@ DEN
@ SD (blow out)
OAK (probably a wk 17 gimme)

Record vs Playoff Teams:

BAL: 3-3
KC: 1-1 (Beat 7-9 Seattle)

Baltimore has been here before, they know what to expect. They are a battle tested squad that has played the best teams in both leagues. In the end, I think the playoff experience and level of competition faced will be the difference.

RAVENS -167 ML for me.

Thanks

Thanks

But its not for future bets. Its for a playoff fantasy football and was wondering if you think anybody playing today makes the superbowl. Youre insight would be greatly appreciated:toast:

Honestly I dont think about things like this.

I focus on the one game I believe I have the best chance to win.

Thunder's thread has some ideas on this. He would be much better to ask this question to.

Baltimore closed the regular season with four straight wins, giving up 17 points in the final two games. Behind Lewis, who finished fifth in the league with 139 total tackles -- his most since 2004 -- the Ravens ranked third in the NFL in points allowed with 270 and were fifth against the rush, giving up 93.9 yards per game.

The secondary expects to have safety Ed Reed back after he left a 13-7 win over Cincinnati last week with injured ribs. Reed had two interceptions before departing in the fourth quarter, but coach John Harbaugh said the 32-year-old was "ordered" to stay on the sideline and could have finished if necessary.

Reed missed six games following offseason hip surgery but had a league-high eight interceptions.

Baltimore also expects to have offensive tackle Michael Oher available after he aggravated a sprained knee against the Bengals.

Also the Charlie Weis leaving KC after this game will play on the minds of the team. Its hard to say that this will not affect them in a negative way.
Who will the new guy be ? Will they keep their jobs next year ?
