ChiSox (Kay) +118 over Detroit (Valdez) (1x)
-The White Sox have now won 3-straight and are in 2nd place in the AL Central, 3 games back of Cleveland. Chicago starts LHP Anthony Kay who is 4-1 on the year with a 3.96 ERA and his current form has been excellent going 3-0 in his last 5 starts with an ERA of 1.98. In addition, he is a perfect 4-0 at home. Meanwhile, Detroit is an abysmal 22-36 on the year and 8-22 on the road. They are 9-17 vs teams above .500 and have gone 2-13 their last 15 games. In addition, the are hitting just .209 vs lefties this season. Tonight, they start LHP Framber Valdez who is 2-3 on the season with a 4.28 ERA. His current form has been awful going 0-2 his last 4 starts with an ERA of 6.10 (with the Tigers 0-4 in those 4 starts). Wrong team favored in this one........Play the White Sox today......

unfucking real..........4th walkoff loss in 2 days
As soon as I heard Hoffman was coming in for the 9th, I had a pit in my stomach. From his first pitch onwards it was like watching a bad accident in slow motion.

I don’t care how “he’s pitched great lately” dude is an absolute head case and should not throw another pitch in the ninth inning. Middle innings? Sure but not the 9th 🤬🤬
