Cleveland -125 (3x)
-After litterly choking the game away yesterday, I don't see Cleveland packing their suitcases just yet and I believe they even the series tomorrow morning. The Guardians STILL have won 5 out of 7 from Detroit and have won 17 out of 21 games overall and will be playing with fire up against elimination. Cleveland will be starting RHP Tanner Bibee who has a nice ERA at home at 3.22 with an opponents BA of just .216! BUT, Bibee has excellent current form going 4-0 his last 4 starts with an ERA of 1.17! Furthermore, he is a perfect 3-0 vs Detroit this year with an ERA of 0.95, allowing just 12 hits in 19 IP with 0 HR's and an opponent BA of just .179. Meanwhile, Detroit starts RHP Casey Mize who after starting the season 8-2, has been less formidable in recent months. In July-September he had an ERA of 6.22 and his current form is not that great, going 0-3 in his last 3 starts! Play Cleveland to even the series tomorrow as a 3x play!

-I see this game about the same as the Det/Cleve game where I see a Max effort out of the Padres. The Padres are another team that ended the regular season on fire, winning 7 of their last 8 and scoring 47 runs in this span (an average of 5.88 runs per game and came real close to unseating the Dodgers in the NL West. Yesterday they were stymied by Matthew Boyd and his 12-1 home record, but I see them rebounding today. The Padres start RHP Dylan Cease, who people forget was the Padres' ace last year even throwing a no-hitter. Cease got off to a rough start in 2025 but was better down the stretch, going 5-2 in August-September with an ERA of 3.84! To be fair, Cease was 2-9 on the road this year but the playoffs are a completely different animal and Cease and the Padres are in a do or die situation. Also, Cease is a perfect 3-0 in his career vs the Cubs (including a 10-2 beatdown this year) allowing only 2 ER's in 18 2/3 IP for a 0.96 ERA allowing only 10 hits and striking out 25! In his 1 start vs the Cubs on the road, he shut them out on 1 hit through 7 IP with 12 K's. Meanwhile, the Cubs start Andrew Kittredge who is making his first start of the season, in what "may" be a bullpen day. I like San Diego's chances to even the series today and for the total to go Over 6' runs..............

NY Yankees -1 -118 (2x)
This is the 3rd game today that I believe will go to game #3. Yesterday, the Yankees ran into a buzzsaw in Garrett Crochet and his 14-2 road record but still had a chance to win the game. The Yankees were red-hot coming into yesterdays matchup, but are still 8-1 their last 9 and an impressive home record of 50-32! Tonight, the Yankees start LHP Carlos Rodon who is 18-9 on the season with a 3.09 ERA and an opponents batting avg of .188! In addition, he is 10-4 at home with a 2.98 ERA and an OBA of .154 and is 13-6 at night with an ERA of 2.54. His current form is excellent with a 2.56 ERA in his last 5 starts. His last start at home vs Boston, he won 7-2, giving up only 1 hit in 5 2/3 IP. Meanwhile, Boston is only 42-40 on the road and start RHP Brayan Bello tonight. Bello is only 3-4 on the road this year and is 0-3 in his last 3 starts with a 7.07 ERA! In all fairness, Bello has a decent record vs the Yankees in his career but he lost his last start vs them giving up 4 ER's in 5 IP. I see the Yanks getting a sizable win tonight. Play NY -1

I agree with you today. Cleveland and the Yankees are both right sides.
