Basketball hoop input needed.

We're thinking of getting a basketball hoop for Christmas. I need one that will be set in concrete. I don't want to break the bank but don't want junk either.

What should I buy?

you want adjustable or standard set up w/hoop at 10ft. on a 12 foot EMT PIPE set 16'' in the ground..

the standard can be done for very little $$$ ..

you can make sleeve for the pipe in the cement ..

the other option is going to Craigslist and finding one of the 50 up for sale near you because they are one of the most thrown away things to the junkyard across America.

you can use Rigid pipe or EMT

I'm sure there are videos on line from the smart do-it-yourselfers on step y step instructions..

can probably do the whole job for $75.00

these are a typical item I would never ever buy new and pay full price..

just like treadmills..there are 25 on Craigslist right now fow 1/4 or less of the orig. price
