In case anyone's noticed, Freeman has been raking this season and especially of late. Smoak, not so much. In fact, he's been miserable for the past two weeks with just 2 hits in 37 at bats. He's never seen the Braves pitcher before, while Freeman has decent numbers in a limited sample-size vs Garcia. To further drive this one home, Freeman is 4th in the league with 158 Total Bases in 71 games, while Smoak has 93 in 64 games played.
The odds are wrong on this one. I like it a lot. In fact, if you can find any way to bet on Freeman in this one coming off an 0-4 game, I would play it. He's only had back-to-back hitless games twice this season.

Not a great game for Freeman to be honest. Just one hit in 6 ABs and 2 Ks. Fortunately that one hit was a triple. I will probably be on this same prop tomorrow if it is offered at a similar price. Smoak has drastic L/R splits and tomorrow he will face Sanchez who he has just two 2 singles off of in 19 career ABs. Happ has been pretty good this year, but the numbers suggest he was pretty lucky in his last two starts and may be due to regress. Freeman has an absurd .381 BA and .691 SLG off lefties this year, so after a relatively low two-game offensive output for him, I could see him breaking out again tomorrow.

Forgot to post Freeman vs Smoak prop yesterday, but would have been another push. Was looking to play Trout over Smoak today, but that one looks to pricey. I'll find another way to get involved in that game. For now, I played this one smaller....
