Today has been kinda weird... first four DOGS cover with 3 winning outright, then 3 straight FAV's win and cover. :shrug: OVER/Unders seem to go opposite of what I and others thought, so it's been kinda maddening. Fortunately, I tailed ROCKYB in the PENALTY BOX and he's NAILED it!

My guess is, Wake Forest gives DUKE a good game and the Blue Devils eventually win it. I think it's going to be very close to the number, and depending on FT's late, it should determine it. I may tease DUKE to UCLA.

The battle of SO CAL looks like a good one. UCLA gets back Mbah a Moute, and that should help them alot on the boards and defensively. USC tore UCLA apart at PAULEY and shot like 68% or something ridicilous like that. Can't see them coming close to that this time around and I think COLLISON asserts himself early in this one. I'm leaning to playing USC and UNDER in the FH, due to the history of the past few years where USC either led or was nearly tied at HT of the past four contests, leading 3 and trailing by one at the half last month. The total at the half has been 63, 59, 57, and 54 going back the past four, all UNDER the number for the FH tonight. Tim Floyd has a good record as a dog, and I think he'll have his team ready. Both teams are coming off bad losses on the road in WASHINGTON last weekend, and both are well rested. FIRST HALF stays close, then it's all BRUINS in the 2H of this one.....

Just for the record.... the TOTALS of the 2H of the past four are: 72, 76, 72, and 85 starting with last month's game. As you can see, scoring has increased by 13 to 31 in the 2H of these games, and with them well-rested, both should play stellar tenacious DEF early on in this one.... UCLA has outscored USC in the 2H of all but the last game where USC just went off in the second half. Don't think HOWLAND lets that happen again...

Obviously posting this AFTER the fact, but I played what I said:

Not too happy with the flow of this game, neither team seems to care about trying a shot until less than 10 on the clock. Also, HOW IN THE HELL can USC NOT have a FT attempt yet and there's under 9 minutes to go???? :shrug: NOT ONE???

This is sick... MAYO, LOVE, everyone basically is throwing up bricks from 3 left and right, how about driving the hole and getting some FT'S???? If you go an entire game without a FT, there is something wrong with your approach....

Gotta hope for a push now... UCLA wins by 10 or more I hope. Hard to see that happening since I've heard the expression, "AIR BANK" way too many times tonight!

This game, no matter how it ends is one of the worst games I've ever had to witness.... horrible offensive strategy on both parts, no concept of a plan, no awareness of the clock.... horrible. Granted, both teams are good defensively, but this is just bad.

UCLA should be winning by 15 by now, instead it's still close to the number because they can't shoot FT's, hitting 42%, can't hit from 3, 20% of way too many attempts since they have LOVE and seem to refuse to feed him, and OJ MAYO, please.... he's about as ready for the NBA as the typical freshman in HS. Turnover after TO for USC and shot after shot with like 5 seconds left for UCLA each and every time..... SICK!!!!!! :scared
