Baylor -2.5 over Texas ****
Aranda last year had no running game. Baylor was 2-7 and the great def coord of LSU as their new coach.. Well Baylor offense has caught up.. with bohanon as a dual threat. Bears have a fullback former line backer Smith who just steam rolls Dl ,LB's and db's Ebner is the home run hitter. Led B-12 in sp teams last yr and now starts. But its their defense with the best LB in the B-12 Bernard. They also have the coke machine IKA who is built wider and heavier then any coke machine in Texas . He anchors the line But Pitre is the best def player in the B-12. He plays lb,cb safety..not sure if he has a position but I assure you today he will be all over bijon . Texas defense is bad beside blowing big leads in the 2nd half. Bears wr;s are outstanding and big Thornton is 6'3Sneed 6'1 and Sims at TE is 6'4. Tex D is going to have big time problems keeping these guys in check esp with no pass rush. I forgot Fleeks who is only 5;11.. Baylor has 10 starters back from defense and think they can slow down Bijon and and Thompson who has been inconsistent Tex Wr's after Whitington injury are not a real threat. Ebner will return a punt or kick off return Tex Dl gets manhandled by Bears Ol .Bohanon has time in the pocket or will take off on his own
Liberty -36 over UMass ****
Willis had an avg game vs North Texas last week. UMass has no way of defending Willis who besides a great arm has over 500-600 rushing. Ths should be a 55-0 blowout
Ohio St -19.5 *** over Penn St
Oregon -24.5 ***
think both games are blowouts Colorado has no D
Tex St +21.5 over La Laf ***
Tex hasn't beaten La laf in a decade but La Laf has struggled in last 2 games think Bobcats can keep this under 3 td's
Rice -2.5 over North Texas ***
Rice beat UAB last week with Rice qb g Green getting hot. NT defense although played respectful vs Liberty lost its 2 starting cb's and this week moved 2 wr's to practice . Plus punt returner has been moved to secondary. NT has lost 6 in a row and Green who father played at North Texas as a soccer player is hot In UAB upset he threw for 3 tds and plus 200 yds. Rice has now won 3 of 4 and could be bowl eligible. Nt defense sacked Willis from Liberty 6 times last week but although their defense did play well UAB beat them 40-6 a few weeks ago And then Rice beats UAB last week Two teams going into different directions . Rice is on the rise.

This will be the best defense Smoo's see's and Smoo will be the best offense the oitstanding Houston defesne see's Something has to give I like the Smoo qb with his 3 wr's
FAU -11 over UTEP **
Think the party is over for the 6-1 Miners All week they have been suggesting next weeks College Gameday will be in El Paso with Undefeated UTSA 8-0 vs UTEP at 6-1 .. but if the Miners lose there is no way NBC or CBS are going there.. Think they are looking ahead to College gameday FAU just beat a good Charlotte team last week away 39-9. UTEP although has 6 wins think they run into a buzz saw today.

Cinncy -28 over Tulane ****
They beat navy 27-20, but without authority so they could be again out of the CFP They need a big signature win and will take it out on Green Wave who has no defense. Ridder goes off today. Huge win 55-7
Incarnate -28 over Houston baptist ****
Ward goes off at home and will get his +400 and 4 or 5 td's If you can name the nickname of the Houston Baptist football team you get a bonus Huskies But Incarnate is a Catholic school and the cathloics are 12-2 ats the spread vs the baptists se libros nos a malo - latin for deliver us from evil}
