How do you keep Oky State out of the national championship game? The only game they lost was when they were faced with the tragedy of the plane crash. They are simply crushing Oklahoma ranked 10 when Alabama doesn't even have to play anyone.

LSU vs Alabama rematch is a joke. No playoff no true champion this year. :sadwave:

I agree with everything except the last sentence. If LSU wins they are easily a "true" champion being undefeated and playing everyone.

Iowa State 6-6. OKST was up 24-7 in the 3rd or 4th correct? When exactly did they learn of the tragedy? These are young football playing jocks and that was the women's hoops coach. I'm sorry but those guys didn't care. They blew it. I'm not saying the system isn't broken. What I'm saying is that under this current system, bama is the choice

Really dude, when did they learn of the tragedy? It wasn't only the womens hoops coach you callous asshole. Those guys didn't care? Like you have any idea what they care about.

Are u from alabama? An Alabama guy I met and chatted with briefly said the this friday night said the same thing. His angle was to downplay the plane crash.

Tragedy aside, okie state has a conf title and have played a tough schedule. Bama has the better loss, but it was at home.

That said, I think lsu would hit okie st in the mouth. Pokes are not as talented as lsu or bama overall and are miles behind in defensive talent. Lsu, and bama for that matter, have speed to burn. Everyone has fast wr and cb, but the great teams have speed and athleticism in the defensive front. Pokes are the best of the rest, though.

a LSU/Bama rematch would be a complete fucking joke.

Bama had their chance and they lost. why in the fuck should they get a 2nd chance against the same team to win the national title?

let 2 teams who won their conferences battle it out, not a conference winner and a runner up.

Bama couldn't get it done before, no argument can be made for them to get a 2nd chance to beat the same team intead of giving OK State the chance.

only people who'd possibly argue for Bama to be in the title game are Bama homers.

I dont care if Okla State loses to LSU by 50, they deserve to play in that game, not Alabama.

I could give a shit about any of the 3 teams but I know as a fan of the game what is fair and what wants to be seen.

I'd rather see 2 completely contrasting styles go against each other rather than a rematch bore fest of a game we already saw once.
