The shorthanded Missouri State basketball team has a short turnaround this week as they go to Evansville to play the Aces Tuesday night.
In our Bear Nation report, Missouri State will be trying to rebound from one of its worse scoring nights in school history.
The Bears scored only 35 points against 15th ranked Wichita State Saturday night.
That's the lowest scoring total since 1950.
Missouri State guard Dorrian Williams is still out with concussion issues.
Christian Kirk may not play either, the senior forward has an unnamed health issue and has not been cleared.
The Bears who can play say they learned something in Wichita.
"Just a little bit of confidence. Just need to continue to get comfortable on the court. I just need to get better at making plays. And make smart decisions for my team. And continue to lead in Dorrian's absence. That's very important," said Shawn Roundtree.
Dan Lucy/KOLR:"The attitude of this team after what happened at Wichita. Can you shut the door, turn the page on that."
"We have no choice. We have to. What's done is done, you can't go back and rewrite what happened. You just have to have short memory and prepare for the next game," said MSU forward Gavin Thurman.
